Use of Organic Matter and Other Substances For Casting

We have been innovators of casting from all kinds of material. In addition to wax and/or metal models, your original models can be made from a variety of materials, as only limited by your imagination.

Wax has always been the traditional and preferred substance, but our customers have sent us items made from all kinds of materials, such as wood, flower petals, sea shells, leaves, fired clay, and stones, to name but a few.

Never daunted by a challenge, we have perfected the methods we use in order to provide successful reproductions of these items into metal. We encourage the use of a variety of materials as well as the use of wax in your creations, and we welcome the challenges they present.

Some materials can be burned out and therefore cast directly, whereas others must first be molded. Allow us to help you with the decision as to the type of mold your model will require.
